Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou matematického modelu turbodmychadla, který je určen pro začlenění do řídicí jednotky, a tudíž pro práci v reálném čase. Model může být využit pro určování veličin, které mohou, ale nemusí být měřeny. Jedná se především o teploty a tlaky vzduchu a výfukových plynů na výstupu z kompresoru a turbíny. V řídicí jednotce může být model využit jako feedforward nebo feedback kontrolní systém. V úvodu práce je nejdříve zpracována rešerše z oblasti přeplňování s důrazem na výfuková turbodmychadla. Podrobně jsou popsány jejich charakteristiky, které jsou pro samotný model klíčové. Stručně jsou popsány možnosti testování turbodmychadel, při kterém jsou měřeny jejich charakteristiky. Vzhledem k důležitosti charakteristik turbodmychadla pro matematický model jsou navrženy dvě možnosti jejich začlenění do modelu. Jeden způsob je ve formě tabulek a druhý způsob je ve formě interpolačních a extrapolačních vztahů neboli tzv. curve fittingu. Vytvořený model vychází z velké části z termodynamických vztahů, které popisují chování turbodmychadla. Z toho důvodu jsou uvedeny jednotlivé T-s diagramy pro kompresor i turbínu a termodynamické vztahy, které z těchto diagramů vychází. K sestavení modelu je využito grafické programovací prostředí Matlab Simulink. Vytvořený model je následně otestován a validován na datech získaných z měření WLTC cyklu. Nakonec je ověřena činnost modelu v reálném čase. The thesis deals with the creation of a mathematical model of a turbocharger, which is intended for integration into an electronic control unit and therefore for real-time operation. The model can be used to determine parameters that may or may not be measured. These are mainly air and exhaust gas temperatures and pressures at the compressor and turbine outlet. The model can be used in the electronic control unit as a feedforward or feedback control system. The beginning of the thesis contains a research on turbocharging and the emphasis is placed on exhaust turbochargers. Turbocharger characteristics, which are crucial for the model itself, are described in detail. The possibilities of testing turbochargers, in which their characteristics are measured, are briefly described. Due to the importance of turbocharger characteristics for the mathematical model, two options for their incorporation into the model are proposed. One way is in the form of lookup tables and the other way is in the form of interpolation and extrapolation relations or so-called curve fitting. The developed model is largely based on the thermodynamic relations that describe the turbocharger behaviour. Therefore, the individual T-s diagrams for both compressor and turbine and the thermodynamic relations based on these diagrams are given. The graphical programming environment Matlab Simulink is used to build the model. The developed model is then tested and validated on data obtained from WLTC cycle measurement. In the end the real-time operation of the model is verified.
