Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu významných průmyslových havárií s kapalnými motorovými palivy na území České republiky. Teoretická část práce popisuje kapalná motorová paliva z hlediska jejich fyzikálních a nebezpečných vlastností se zaměřením na bezpečnost skladování, dále havárie s kapalnými palivy spojené, včetně legislativních požadavků prevence závažných havárií, projevů paliv při těchto haváriích a hodnocení rizik závažných havárií. V praktické části jsou nejvýznamnější průmyslové havárie analyzovány, a to včetně mapování toku informací, zjištění příčin a interpretace následků. Zjištěná data byla dále podrobena statistické analýze, na jejímž základě je představen návrh opatření pro omezení opakování obdobných havárií. This thesis is focused on the analysis of significant industrial accidents with liquid motor fuels in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis describes liquid motor fuels in terms of their physical and hazardous properties with a focus on storage safety, as well as accidents associated with liquid fuels, including legislative requirements for prevention of major accidents, fuels phenomena in these accidents and risk assessment of major accidents. In the practical part, the most significant industrial accidents are analysed, including information flow mapping, identification of causes and interpretation of consequences. The obtained data were then subjected to statistical analysis, based on which a proposal for measures to limit the recurrence of similar accidents is presented.
