Práce podává návrh technologie výroby stropní základny o velikosti výrobní série 100 000 kusů za rok. Součást slouží pro uchycení nosné konzole ke stropu objektu a je vyráběna z ocelového plechu o tloušťce 2 mm. Zvoleným materiálem je galvanicky pozinkovaná ocel DC01. Jako nejvhodnější výrobní varianta byla vybrána výroba v postupovém sdruženém nástroji. Polotovarem je pás plechu navinutý do svitku. V navrženém nástroji, který sdružuje operace stříhání a ohýbání bude součást zhotovena celkem ve čtyřech krocích. Tvářecí síla potřebná pro zhotovení dílu činí 1 510,6 kN. Pro výrobu byl zvolen excentrický lis CC160 od firmy Mecanica Exacta. The thesis is focused on the proposal of manufacturing technology of the ceiling base, which is produced in series of 100 000 pieces per year. The part is used to attach the support bracket to the ceiling and made of steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm. The chosen material is galvanized DC01 steel. Production in a progressive die was chosen as the most suitable production option. The semi – finished product is a coil of sheet metal strip. In the proposed tool, which combines shearing and bending operations, the component will be manufactured in four steps. The forming force required for the production of the part is 1 510,6 kN. The eccentric press CC160 from the company Mecanica Exacta was selected for the production.
