Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti Makita, spol. s r.o. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. První část práce bude věnována základním pojmům a teoriím strategického managementu a výkonnostních ukazatelů. V druhé části budou použity poznatky definované v první, teoretické části, ke zhodnocení aktuální situace společnosti. Získané údaje dále budou sloužit v poslední části jako podklad pro koncept implementace metody Balanced Scorecard. Cílem této implementace budou návrhy na měření a zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti. The subject of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the performance of Makita, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first part of the thesis will be devoted to the basic concepts and theories of strategic management, and performance indicators. In the second part, the data defined in the first, theoretical part, will be used to evaluate the current situation of the company. The obtained values will be used in the last part as a basis for the proposed implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. The goal of this implementation will be suggestions to measurement and increase the company's performance.
