Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a finančním zhodnocením změny podnikatelského konceptu malého podniku, který se zabývá výrobou a prodejem vlastních produktů. Teoretická část práce se věnuje literární rešerši v oblasti strategického řízení a rozvoje malých podniků a vybraným analýzám použitým v dalších částech práce. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podniku a dílčí analýzy potřebné k návrhu variant uchopení konceptu. Návrhová část se věnuje zpracování nejvhodnější varianty a jejímu finančnímu zhodnocení. The thesis deals with the design and financial evaluation of a change in the business concept of a small enterprise engaged in the production and sale of its own products. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to a literature review in the field of strategic management and development of small enterprises and selected analyses used in other parts of the thesis. The analytical part includes an analysis of the current state of the company and the sub-analyses necessary to propose variants of the concept. The design part is devoted to the elaboration of the most suitable variant and its financial evaluation.
