Diplomová práce se na úrovni koncepce zaměřuje na oblast posilování konkurenceschopnosti na trhu interim managementu v České republice. V práci jsou postupně obsaženy literární rešerše, analytické a návrhové části. Literární rešerše zpracovává zvolený teoretický rámec použitý v následujících částech. Analytická část popisuje situaci na vybraném trhu a aktuální trendy. Navazující návrhová část práce obsahuje strategickou koncepci pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti za pomoci konkurenčních výhod. At the level of concept, the thesis focuses on the area of strengthening competitiveness in the interim management market in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains a literature search, analytical and design parts. The literature search elaborates the chosen theoretical framework used in the following parts. The analytical part describes the situation in the selected market and current trends. The subsequent design part of the thesis contains a strategic concept for strengthening competitiveness with the help of competitive advantages.
