Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování finančního plánu vybrané společnosti pro následující čtyři účetní období. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní teoretické pojmy pro pochopení dané problematiky. Poté je představena vybraná firma, provedena strategická a finanční analýza. V poslední části práce je navržen finanční plán na období 2019-2022 v optimistické a pesimistické variantě. Na závěr je vypracováno zhodnocení obou variant finančního plánu. The master´s thesis is focused on the elaboration of the financial plan of the selected company for the next four accounting periods. The first part explains the basic theoretical concepts in order to understand the issue. The selected company is introduced, a strategic and financial analysis is performed. In the last part of the paper, a financial plan for the period 2019-2022 is proposed in an optimistic and a pessimistic variation. Finally, an evaluation of both options of the financial plan is made.
