Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření simulačního modelu vysokoregálového skladu neboli High Bay Storage, v simulačním programu Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. V první části práce byla provedena analýza softwarů, ze které byl vybrán Plant Simulation pro zpracování problematiky diskrétní simulace výrobních systémů. Dále jsou vysvětleny pojmy model, simulační běh, systém a porovnání simulace diskrétní se simulací spojitou. V této části je také objasněna problematika High Bay Storage, jejich možností automatizace, řízení zakladačů a skladovacích zásob, paletizace a druhy automatizovaných skladovacích a vychystávacích systémů. Druhá část práce se věnuje tvorbě simulačního modelu skladu s různými typy zaskladňování a vychystávání, které jsou v závěru vyhodnoceny a je vybrána nejefektivnější možnost. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a simulation model of the High Bay Storage using the simulation program Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. In the first part of this thesis, a software analysis was carried out, Plant Simulation was selected to process the problematics of discrete simulation of production systems. This is followed by an explanation of the terms model, simulation run and system. Additionally, discrete and continuous simulations are compared in this part of the thesis. This section also explains the problematics of High Bay Storage, including their automation options, stackers and storage stocks management. Palletization together with different types of automated storage and retrieval systems are discussed as well. The second part of this thesis contains a simulation model of the warehouse with multiple types of storage and retrieval systems. All these types are evaluated, and the most effective option is selected.
