Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavbu bytového domu. Jedná se o objekt s 10 nadzemními podlažími a úplným podsklepením. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází zejména bytové jednotky a částečně ateliéry. Tato vícepodlažní budova je dále vybavená výtahem a podzemním parkovacím stáním, které je přístupné pomocí auto výtahu. V přízemním podlaží je také umístěna prodejna cyklo potřeb. Bytový dům bude umístěn na katastrálním území městské části Černá pole [610771], celá stavba se nachází na parcelním čísle pozemku 3794 v Brně. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy převážně jako železobetonové, ve vyšších ustupujících podlažích potom keramické zděné. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy jako železobetonové monolitické. Střechy objektu jsou navrženy jako ploché jednoplášťové s extenzivní vegetační vrstvou, v místě teras se uvažuje s pochozí keramickou dlažbou na střeše. Založení je navrženo na pilotách průměru 600mm a vodostavební monolitické železobetonové desce. This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. It is a building with 10 storeys and a full basement. The above-ground floors are mainly residential units and partly studios. This multi-storey building is also equipped with an elevator and an underground parking space, which is accessible by a car lift. The ground floor also houses a bicycle shop. The residential building will be located on the cadastral territory of the municipal district of Černá pole [610771], the entire building is located on plot number 3794 in Brno. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed mainly as reinforced concrete, then ceramic masonry in the higher receding floors. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofs of the building are designed as flat single-skin roofs with an extensive vegetation layer, terraces are constructed with ceramic tiles. The foundation is designed on piles with a diameter of 600 mm and a waterproof monolithic reinforced concrete slab.
