Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá architektonické a funkční aspekty rodinného domu s ordinací v Brně-Ivanovicích. Bytový dům je dvoupodlažní s plochou zelenou střechou. Primárním cílem tohoto projektu je vytvořit obytný prostor, který vyhovuje potřebám rodiny sestávající ze šesti jednotlivců. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována ordinaci lékaře, která zajišťuje snadný přístup pro pacienty při zachování soukromí rodiny. Projekt zkoumá použití vhodných materiálů, stavebních technik a stavebních systémů k zajištění odolnosti, bezpečnosti a hospodárnosti. Použité materiály jsou implementovány v celé budově s cílem minimalizovat spotřebu energie a snížit dopad na životní prostředí. This bachelor's thesis explores the architectural and functional aspects of a family house with a doctor's office located in Brno-Ivanovice. The residential building comprises two floors and features a flat green roof. The primary objective of this project is to create a living space that accommodates the needs of a family consisting of six individuals. Special attention is given to the doctor's office, ensuring it is easily accessible to patients while maintaining privacy for the family. The project explores the use of suitable materials, construction techniques, and building systems to ensure durability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The materials used are implemented throughout the building to minimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.
