Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace firmy Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., pomocí metod finanční a strategické analýzy pro roky 2017 až 2021. V práci jsou vymezena teoretická východiska nejen finanční, ale i strategické analýzy. Dále jsou metody finanční a strategické analýzy aplikovány na vybraný podnik. Na základě analýz jsou vytvořena doporučení zlepšující stav vybraného podniku, zaměřená na aktuální situaci a nedostatky zjištěné z analýz. This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., using financial and strategic analysis methods for the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis defines the theoretical foundations not only of financial but also of strategic analysis. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the analyses, recommendations aimed at improving the selected company's situation are created, focused on the current situation and deficiencies identified from the analyses.
