Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podpory prodeje a reklamy společnosti, která se zabývá zemědělskou výrobou. Marketingová komunikace ve společnosti není značně prosperující, proto na základě tohoto nedostatku analyzuji marketingovou komunikaci, pozornost budu klást i na reklamu a podporu prodeje, které jsou součástí komunikačního mixu. V závěru této práce budou navrhnuta určitá řešení, která by vedla k navázání bližšího vztahu se zákazníky a s veřejností obce. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a company that deals with agricultural production. Marketing communication in the company is not thriving greatly, therefore based on this deficiency I will analyze the marketing communication, I will also pay attention to advertising and sales promotion which are part of the communication mix. At the end of this thesis, some solutions will be proposed to establish a closer relationship with the customers and the public of the community.
