Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou Procesného riadenia v oblasti prototypovej výroby. V teoretickej časti je spracovaná literárna rešerš k danej problematike. Praktická časť analyzuje súčasný stav procesného vedenia určitých výrobných procesov v univerzitnom projekte Formula Student, konkrétne v tíme TU Brno Racing. Na základe spoznania súčasného stavu sú navrhnuté opatrenia vedúce k podmieneniu vzniku procesného manažmentu v tomto projekte a jeho možnému následnému doplneniu o iné metódy. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of Process Management in the field of prototype production. In the theoretical part, the literary research on the given issue is processed. The practical part analyzes the current state of process management of certain production processes in the Formula Student university project, specifically in the TU Brno Racing team. Based on the recognition of the current state, measures leading to creation of process management in this project and possible involvement of other methods.
