Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané pobočce společnosti. V teoretické části jsou obsaženy důležité poznatky, ze kterých se vychází v analytické části práce. Následuje analytická část, ve které proběhlo dotazníkové šetření i s jeho vyhodnocením. Po vyhodnocení výsledků z dotazníkového šetření jsou autorem navrhnuta opatření na změnu systému odměňování, která budou vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the employee remuneration system in a selected branch of the company. The theoretical part contains important findings, which are used in the analytical part of the thesis. This is mentioned by the analytical part, in which a questionnaire survey was conducted with its evaluation. After evaluating the results from the respondents, the author proposes measures to change the remuneration system that will lead to increased employee satisfaction.
