Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců v části výrobního procesu závodu společnosti KORDÁRNA Plus, a.s. a návrh jeho změn. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, z nichž první se věnuje teoretickým východiskům a objasnění základních pojmů, týkajících se systému odměňování a vlivů, které na systém působí, druhá na jejím základě pak analyzuje současný stav tohoto systému. Třetí část práce podává návrhy na změnu současného systému odměňování. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in part of the production process of the KORDÁRNA Plus, a.s. and the proposal for its changes. The work is divided into three parts, the first of which deals with the theoretical starting points and the clarification of basic concepts related to the remuneration system and the influences that act on the system, the second based on which analyzes the current state of this system. The third part of the thesis presents proposals for changing the current remuneration system.
