Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu motivačního systému společnosti Renocar, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá základními pojmy týkajících se motivačního systému, motivace a stimulace a spokojenosti s prací. Druhá část popisuje současný stav společnosti, analýzu současného motivačního systému a výzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Poslední část práce je věnována návrhům na změny v motivačním systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the motivation system of Renocar, a.s. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the basic concepts related to the motivation system, motivation and stimulation and job satisfaction. The second section describes the current state of the company, analysis of the current motivation system and research on employee satisfaction. The last part of the thesis is devoted to suggestions for changes in the motivational reward system.
