Bakalářská práce se věnuje systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a je strukturována do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje základní koncepty a informace týkající se systému odměňování. Následující část, založená na teoretických základech z první kapitoly, se věnuje analýze současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců a zkoumá vliv vnitřních a vnějších faktorů. Třetí kapitola se poté zaměřuje na návrhy ke zlepšení současného systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in the selected company and is structured into three chapters. The first chapter introduces basic concepts and information regarding the remuneration system. The following chapter, based on the theoretical foundations of the first chapter, analyses the current employee remuneration system and investigates the influence of internal and external factors. The third chapter then focuses on suggestions for improvement of the current remuneration system.
