V bakalářské práci se zabývám detailním plánováním projektu, jehož cílem je vytvoření nové aplikace. Konkrétněji podrobně zpracovávám předprojektovou fázi projektu, ze které by následně vycházela projektová část. První kapitola práce je věnována teoretickým základům projektového řízení. Zde se seznámíme s definicemi základních pojmů, metodikami a postupy používanými v oblasti řízení projektů. Teoretické znalosti následně využijeme v praxi v další části práce. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na konkrétní projekt vytvoření aplikace a společnost, která jej bude zpracovávat. V této části je představena důkladná analýza současného stavu na trhu, konkurence a potřeb zákazníka, což nám umožní navrhnout optimální řešení. Následuje vlastní návrh řešení, ve kterém je podrobně popsán celkový základ projektu, jeho jednotlivé fáze, úkoly a zodpovědnosti. Výstupem tohoto návrhu bude podrobný plán, který zohledňuje všechny důležité aspekty úspěšného průběhu projektu. Na základě tohoto plánu bude možné sledovat postup projektu, koordinovat jednotlivé činnosti a zajistit dosažení požadovaného výsledku, tedy vytvoření aplikace, která bude zisková pro všechny zúčastněné strany. In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the detailed planning of a project whose goal is to create a new application. More specifically, I detail the pre-project phase of the project, from which the project part would subsequently emerge. The first chapter of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of project management. Here, we get acquainted with the definitions of basic concepts, methodologies and procedures used in the field of project management. The theoretical knowledge will then be applied in practice in the next part of the thesis. The second chapter focuses on the specific project of creating an application and the company that will process it. In this part, a thorough analysis of the current market situation, competitors and customer needs is presented, which will allow us to propose an optimal solution. This is followed by the actual design of the solution, in which the overall basis of the project, its different phases, tasks and responsibilities are described in detail. The output of this proposal will be a detailed plan that takes into account all the important aspects of a successful project. Based on this plan, it will be possible to monitor the progress of the project, coordinate the various activities and ensure that the desired outcome is achieved, i.e. the creation of an application that is profitable for all parties involved.
