Tato práce se zabývá přenosem tepla z ohřátých vzorků do okolního prostředí v experimentální komoře v nízkých tlacích charakteristických pro experimentování se vzorky v environmentálním rastrovacího elektronovém mikroskopu. V práci je vyhodnocen charakter přestupu tepla ze vzorků z různých materiálů do prostředí tvořené vzduchem v atmosférickém tlaku a v hrubém vakuu. Matematicko-fyzikální analýza byla provedena v programu ANSYS Fluent. This thesis deals with the transfer of heat from heated samples to the surrounding environment in an experimental chamber at low pressures characteristic of experiments with samples in an environmental scanning electron microscope. The thesis evaluates the nature of heat transfer of samples of various materials to the environment formed by air at atmospheric pressure and in rough vacuum. Mathematical-physical analysis was performed in the ANSYS Fluent program.
