Název práce: Organizační struktura plážové kopané v ČR a návrhy na její zdokonalení Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit sérii návrhů na zdokonalení činností organizační struktury plážové kopané v ČR. K tomuto dosažení bylo třeba nejdříve tuto organizační strukturu zanalyzovat rozebráním jednotlivých sekvenčních manažerských funkcí (plánování, organizování, výběr a rozmístění pracovníků, vedení lidí a kontrola). Metody: Analýza interních dokumentů, polostrukturovaný rozhovor s předsedou komise plážové kopané, šéftrenérem reprezentací a dvěma vybranými hráči Výsledky: Výsledkem této práce je série návrhů na zdokonalení činností v plážové kopané, jmenovitě v oblasti plánování, komunikace a rozmístění pracovníků. To achieve this, it was first necessary to analyse this organizational structure by analysing the individual sequential managerial functions (planning, organizing, selecting and deploying staff, leading people and control). Methods: Internal documents analysis, semi-structured interview with the Chairman of beach soccer commission, Chief coach of the national teams and two players of beach soccer Results: The result of this work is a series of suggestions for improving beach soccer activities, namely in the areas of planning, communication and staff deployment.
