Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem tabletovin a tablet dispergovatelných v ústech obsahujících směsná suchá pojiva Ludiflash® , Prosolv® ODT G2 a Parteck® ODT v kombinaci s antihypertenzivy ramipril a perindopril. Součástí tablet bylo také sladidlo sukralosa a mazadlo stearan hořečnatý v koncentraci 1 %. Tabletoviny byly lisovány lisovací sílou 3 kN. Hodnocenými parametry byl energetický profil lisovacího procesu, pevnost tablet v tahu, oděr, doba rozpadu, doba smáčení, absorpce vody a pórovitost tablet. Nejvyšší hodnoty celkové energie lisování vykazovala tabletovina obsahující Ludiflash® v kombinaci s léčivem perindopril a nejnižší Prosolv® ODT G2 s léčivem ramipril. Nejvyšší pevnost tablet v tahu vykazovaly tablety z kombinace Parteck® ODT s léčivem ramipril a Ludiflash® s léčivem perindopril. Naopak nejnižší hodnoty pevnosti měly tablety z Prosolv® ODT G2 s oběma léčivy. Hodnoty oděru tablet ze všech formulací splnily lékopisný limit pod 1 %. This thesis deals with the study of tableting materials and orally dispersible tablets containing coprocessed dry binders Ludiflash® , Prosolv® ODT G2 and Parteck® ODT in combination with the antihypertensives ramipril and perindopril. The tablets also contained the sweetener sucralose and the lubricant magnesium stearate in a concentration of 1%. The tablets were compressed at a compression force of 3 kN. The evaluated parameters were the energy profile of the compression process, tablet tensile strength, friability, disintegration time, wetting time, water absorption and tablet porosity. The highest values of the total compression energy showed tablets containing Ludiflash® in combination with perindopril and the lowest values had tablets containing Prosolv® ODT G2 with ramipril. Tablets from the combination of Parteck® ODT with ramipril and Ludiflash® with perindopril showed the highest tensile strength of the tablets.
