Kateřina Sklenková: "Zákon o přerušení těhotenství z roku 1972 v kontextu rodinné a ženské politiky NDR." Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Zákon o přerušení těhotenství z roku 1972, který byl jako jediný zákon Východního Německa přijat nejednohlasně. Dával ženám možnost ukončit těhotenství během jeho prvních 12 týdnů bez jakýchkoli indikací. Ve společnosti byly na tuto praxi ambivalentní názory. Církve po četných protestech získaly výjimku a interrupce mohla být na základě víry zamítnuta. Na vlně odporu, která se zvedla, když začalo být patrné, že v procesu sjednocování Německa budou umělé terminace těhotenství opět kriminalizované, lze vidět,že Zákon byl obecně vnímánpozitivně.Zákonje vpráci zasazendo kontextuhistorického a kontextu další rodinné a emancipační politiky režimu Tento text zodpovídá otázku, jak bylo možné, že v NDR platila takto liberální norma. Vysvětluje, že faktorů bylo vícero. Předně to byl sám socialistický režim, který měl být v duchu marxistické revoluce vědecký a rovnoprávný. Abstract The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the Interruptionof Pregnancy Law of 1972, which was the only law in East Germany that was passed unanimously. It gave women the option to terminate a pregnancy during its first 12 weeks without any indication.There were ambivalent views in society about this practice. After numerous protests, the churches were granted an exemptionand abortioncould be denied on the basis of faith.In the wave of resistance that rose when it became apparent that artificial terminations of pregnancy would be criminalisedagain in the process of German unification, it can be seen that the Law was generally viewed positively.The thesis places the Law in its historical context and in the context of the regime's other family and emancipation policies This text answers the question of how it was possible that such a liberal norm was in place in the GDR. It explains that there were multiple factors. First, it was the socialist regime itself, which was supposed to be scientific and egalitarian in the spirit of the Marxist revolution.
