Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem hospitalizovaných na transplantační jednotce, kteří jsou krátce po absolvování vysokodávkové chemoterapie s následnou autologní transplantací krvetvorných buněk. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní dělení hematoonkologických malignit, popis nemoci mnohočetného myelomu, jeho incidenci a prevalenci, symptomy onemocnění, diagnostiku, možnosti léčby, dopad dlouhodobé hospitalizace na organismus, symptomy nemoci relevantní pro zahájení fyzioterapeutické intervence a závěr teoretické části se věnuje současné problematice fyzioterapie u pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem. Praktická část se skládá ze tří kazuistik pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem, kteří byli hospitalizováni na transplantační jednotce krátce po absolvování vysokodávkové chemoterapie s následnou autologní transplantací hematopoetických buněk. Kazuistiky obsahují vstupní vyšetření, popis terapií a výstupní vyšetření jednotlivých pacientů. V praktické části je dále zahrnuta cvičební sestava, která by měla pacientům sloužit jako inspirace k vhodným cvikům, které si v průběhu dne mohou sami provádět, ale až po konzultaci s lékařem. Cvičební sestava zahrnuje doporučené cviky vleže, vsedě i ve stoji a je zaměřená na prevenci tromboembolické... The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of physiotherapy intervention in patients with multiple myeloma hospitalized in the transplant unit, who are currently in a state shortly after high-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The theoretical part includes the basic classification of haematoma-oncological malignancies, a description of the multiple myeloma disease, its incidence and prevalence, symptoms of the disease, diagnosis, treatment options, the effect of long-term hospitalization on the body, symptoms of the disease relevant for the initiation of physiotherapy intervention. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the current issue of physiotherapy in patients with multiple myeloma. The practical part consists of three case reports of patients with multiple myeloma who were hospitalized in the transplant unit shortly after undergoing high-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Their case reports include an initial examination, a description of therapies and an exit examination of individual patients.
