Název práce: Využití prvků zdravotní tělesné výchovy pro zmírnění dopadu distanční výuky na držení těla u žákyň staršího školního věku Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo zjistit úroveň držení těla u žákyň staršího školního věku po půl roce distanční výuky, bez sociálního kontaktu, zájmových kroužků, hodin tělesné výchovy a ověřit účinnost intervenčního programu na držení těla. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jak návrat do běžné prezenční výuky ovlivní denní režim, životosprávu, pohybovou aktivitu a psychickou pohodu žákyň. Metody práce: Jedná se o empirický výzkum, quaziexperiment. Byl využit vstupní test - intervence (10 měsíců) - výstupní test pro zjištění změn v držení těla. Pro získání dat o změnách držení těla byla použita testová baterie složená ze 6 testů - Mathiasův test, Trendelenburg- Duchennova zkouška, Rombergův stoj, Forestierova fleche, test na zkrácené flexory kolenního kloubu dle Jandy a svalový test m. gluteus maximus. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 28 dívek, rozdělených na experimentální (14) a kontrolní skupinu (14). Intervenční program byl složen ze cviků, které napomáhají k lepšímu držení těla. U experimentální skupiny byl zařazen intervenční program do každé hodiny školní tělesné výchovy, (2x týdně 45 min týdně) a cvičení i na doma. U kontrolní skupiny nebyl zařazen intervenční program. Objectives: To examine the effectiveness of a health and physical education intervention program on the posture of adolescent female students after six months of distance learning with no social contact, extracurricular activities or physical education class. To examine how the effects of returning to regular in-person learning influences daily routines, lifestyle habits, physical activity and psychological well-being of adolescent female students. Methods: The research used empirical research and quasi-experimental design utilising a pre-test intervention (10 months) and post-test methodology to determine changes in posture. The 6 tests used to obtain data on postural changes were the Mathias test, Trendelenburg-Duchenne test, Romberg stand, Forestier flexor test, Janda shortened knee flexor test and gluteus maximus muscle test. 28 subjects participated in the study, divided into an experimental group (14) and a control group (14).
