DIPLOMOVÉ PRÁCE Diplomová práce se věnuje vlivům pandemie COVID-19 na klinickou praxi ergoterapeutů pracujících během tohoto období na území České republiky. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat, jaký vliv mělo onemocnění COVID-19 na klinickou praxi ergoterapeutů pracujících během pandemie s využitím dotazníkového šetření. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsáno onemocnění COVID-19, dále je zde rozebráno poskytování ergoterapie v době pandemie na území České republiky a poskytování ergoterapie ve světě. Je zde také utvořen souhrn jednotlivých vlivů pandemie na ergoterapeuty, kde se jednalo především o vlivy na psychiku ergoterapeutů, pracovní podmínky a na kvalitu ergoterapeutických služeb. Jsou zde také rozebrány vlivy pandemie na uživatele ergoterapeutických služeb. Následně je rozebrán rozvoj a využívání telehealth během tohoto období. Praktická část se zabývá vlivy pandemie COVID-19 na klinickou praxi ergoterapeutů pracujících během tohoto období. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od 29. listopadu roku 2022 a jeho uzavření proběhlo 3. března roku 2023. V rámci šetření bylo analyzováno celkem 101 dotazníků. Předpoklady práce byly, že se ergoterapeutům během období pandemie změnily pracovní podmínky. Dále že v tomto období budou ergoterapeuti pociťovat větší psychické zatížení. Posledním předpokladem... The thesis is devoted to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the clinical practice of occupational therapists working during this period in the territory of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 disease on the clinical practice of occupational therapists working during the pandemic using a questionnaire survey. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the disease COVID-19 is described, and the provision of occupational therapy during the pandemic in the Czech Republic and the provision of occupational therapy in the world is discussed here. There is also a summary of the individual effects of the pandemic on occupational therapists, which mainly concerned the effects on the psyche of occupational therapists, working conditions and the quality of occupational therapy services. The effects of the pandemic on users of occupational therapy services are also discussed here. The development and use of telehealth during this period is then discussed. The practical part deals with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the clinical practice of occupational therapists working during this period.
