Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat mechanismus vlivu vysoké zátěže na kostní tkáň a její schopnost se na danou zátěž adaptovat. V první části této práce se zaměřuji na popis mechanismu vlivu zátěže na kostní tkáň podle teorie mechanostatu Harolda Frosta a Julliuse Wolffa. V druhé části popisuji, jakým způsobem vysoká zátěž ovlivňuje kostní tkáň a jakým způsobem budou adaptační mechanismy kosti reagovat na zátěž. V této části se také zaměřím na patologickou vysokou zátěž a vznik prasklin a zlomenin na kosti vlivem této zátěže, která je vyšší než kolik kost zvládne vydržet. V poslední části práce se zaměřím na reparační mechanismy kosti potřebné při vzniku zlomenin a prasklin narušujících integritu kosti. In the first part of this paper I am going to focus on the description of the mechanism of the load effect on bone tissue according to the mechanostat theory of Harold Frost and Jullius Wolff. In the second part I am going to describe how high load affects the bone tissue and how the adaptation mechanisms of the bone will react to the load. In this part I am also going to focus on pathological high load and the occurrence of cracks and fractures on bones due to this load being higher than the bone can sustain. In the last part of the paper I am going to focus on the bone repair mechanisms needed when fractures and cracks disrupt the integrity of the bone.
