Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY a.s. a následné možnosti změny v tomto systému. První ze tří částí se zabývá teoretickými poznatky z odborných publikací věnovaným tomuto tématu. Druhá část je na základě poznatků z části první věnována analýze současného systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Závěrečná část práce se zaměřuje na návrhy změn v tomto systému. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in the company XY a.s. and subsequent possibilities of change in this system. The first of three parts deals with theoretical findings from professional publications dedicated to this topic. The second part, based on the findings from the first part, is devoted to the analysis of the current employee remuneration system. The final part of the work focuses on proposals for changes in this system.
