Název: Problematika nestejné délky dolních končetin u dětí v období růstu Cíle: Vzhledem k obsáhlosti tématu, je součástí této diplomové práce detailnější zmapování problematiky v kontextu etiopatogenetických změn femuru a kyčelního kloubu. Je snaha upozornit na relevantnost adekvátně zvoleného managementu léčby a všech souvislostí, které se mohou podílet na vzniklé asymetrii a progresi změn. Výzkumná část inklinuje ke třem specifikovaně vybraným zkoumaným skupinám, kde probíhá analýza adekvátně zvolených hledisek s cílem, zda se generalizovaně prokáže manifestace některého zkoumaného aspektu, jako je pohlaví či stranové postižení. Jedním z dílčích cílů bylo zjistit, zda se délková asymetrie projeví na morfologických změnách, které jsou měřeny prostřednictvím RTG snímků dětských pacientů a zda tak může tvořit bázi pro zvýšené riziko vzniku sekundárních degenerativních změn. Zkoumané skupiny byly zastoupeny pacienty dětského ortopedického oddělení Fakultní nemocnice Bulovka s diagnózami morbus Legg-Calvé- Perthes, coxa vara adolescentinum a nestejné délka dolní končetiny - získaná. Metody: Prostřednictvím programu Microsoft - Excel 2016 je umožněna popisná analýza a zpracování dat sledovaného souboru. Pro posouzení hypotéz bylo využito jednovýběrových testů pro binární data s aplikací klasické... Title: The problem of unequal length of the lower limbs in children during the growth period. Objectives: Due to the comprehensiveness of the topic, part of this diploma thesis is a more detailed mapping of the issue in the context of etiopathogenetic changes of the femur and hip joint. It is an effort to draw attention to the relevance of adequately chosen treatment management and all contexts that may contribute to the resulting asymmetry and progression of changes. The research part tends to the three specifics of the selected research groups, where the analysis of correctly selected aspects is carried out with the aim of whether the generalization proves the manifestation of some researched aspect, such as gender or disability. One of the sub-goals was to find out whether the length asymmetry is reflected in the morphological changes that are part of the X-ray images of pediatric patients and whether it can help create the risk of secondary degenerative changes. The investigated groups were represented by patients of the pediatric orthopedic department of the Bulovka University Hospital with diagnoses of Legg-Calvé-Perthes morbus, coxa vara adolescentinum and limb length discrepancy - acquired.
