Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl ověřit účinnost kognitivně behaviorální terapie hospitalizovaných a ambulantně docházejících pacientů v Národním ústavu duševního zdraví, kterým byla diagnostikována porucha úzkostného spektra. Fokusuje se na mapování osobnostního fungování pacientů ve vztahu k dimenzi identity. K tomu bylo využito polostrukturovaného rozhovoru STiP-5.1 dle alternativního modelu DSM-5 a škály pro měření funkčních schopností osobnosti LPFS-BF 2.0.Literárně přehledová část se zaměřuje na představení identity a jejího vývoje jako celoživotního procesu, představení jednotlivých složek identity a relevantních teorií v kontrastu se současným pojímáním identity s ohledem na výzkumný záměr. Dále je prostor věnován pojetí neurotických poruch klasifikačními systémy a jejich charakteristice z hlediska osobnostního fungování a identity. Následně je představen koncept osobnostního fungování a teoretické zázemí alternativního modelu DSM-5, ze kterého vychází. Literárně přehledová část práce je zakončena deskripcí teoretických východisek léčebného plánu pacientů. V empirické části práce je definován výzkum a výzkumné otázky. Představeny jsou užité metody a způsob zpracování statistických dat. Na studii participovalo celkem 76 respondentů z nichž 50 tvoří klinickou skupinu a 26 skupinu... This thesis aims to test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy for hospitalized and outpatients at the National Institute of Mental Health who have been diagnosed with anxiety spectrum disorder. It focuses on mapping the patients' personal functioning in relation to the identity dimension. For this purpose, the semi-structured interview STiP-5.1 according to the alternative model of DSM-5 and the Personality Functioning Skills Scale LPFS-BF 2.0 were used.The literature review section focuses on the introduction of identity and its development as a lifelong process, introducing the different components of identity and relevant theories in contrast to the current conception of identity with regard to the research aim. Furthermore, space is devoted to the concept of neurotic disorders classification systems and their characteristics in terms of personal functioning and identity. Subsequently, the concept of personality functioning and the theoretical background of the alternative DSM-5 model on which it is based are introduced. The literature review part of the paper concludes with a description of the theoretical background of the patients' treatment plan.
