Michaela Stupková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o dospělého pacienta po transplantaci jater Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických informací o transplantaci jater a zhotovení podrobné kazuistiky dospělého pacienta, který tento operační výkon podstoupil. Metody: Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části speciální. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o transplantaci jater, konkrétně o indikacích a kontraindikacích transplantace, o čekací listině, dárcovství orgánů, komplikacích výkonu, imunosupresivní terapii a o kvalitě života pacientů po transplantaci jater. Dále se teoretická část týká obecných principů rehabilitace po transplantaci a fyzioterapeutických vyšetřovacích a terapeutických metod a postupů. Část speciální zahrnuje podrobnou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta, který transplantaci jater prodělal. Součástí kazuistiky je i popis terapií, které proběhly v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Institutu Klinické a Experimentální Medicíny v Praze v období od ledna do února roku 2023. Výsledky: Pacient za dobu osmi terapií dosáhl zlepšení kondice a výrazného snížení bolesti v oblasti operační rány, což byly hlavní cíle nastavené terapie. Michaela Stupková Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of an adult patient after liver transplantation Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical information about liver transplantation and to prepare a detailed case report of an adult patient who underwent this surgery. Methods: The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about liver transplantation, specifically about indications and contraindications for transplantation, waiting list, organ donation, complications of the procedure, immunosuppressive therapy and quality of life of patients after liver transplantation. Furthermore, the theoretical part covers the general principles of rehabilitation after transplantation and physiotherapeutic examination and therapeutic methods and procedures. The special part includes a detailed case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient who has undergone liver transplantation. The case report also includes a description of the therapies that took place as part of a continuous professional practice at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague between January and February 2023.
