Bakalářská práce má za cíl zjistit a porovnat úroveň pohybových schopností závodnic sportovní a moderní gymnastiky. Je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá stručným popsáním gymnastiky, se zaměřením na gymnastiku sportovní a moderní, přičemž přibližuje jejich strukturu a složky sportovního výkonu. Součástí je definice všech pohybových schopností a popis motorických testů. V praktické části byla využita metoda testování, konkrétně UNIFITTEST (6-60) spolu s celostním motorickým testem (Jacíkův test) a následně statistické metody. Testovány byly pohybové schopnosti sportovních a moderních gymnastek ve věku 8-11 let. K měření byly osloveny kluby GYMPRA Gymnastická akademie Praha a SK MG Chodov Praha. Ze změřených výsledků vyplývá, že lepší úroveň pohybových schopností mají gymnastky sportovní, které dosáhly ve třech testech lepší úrovně než gymnastky moderní. Pro všestranný rozvoj dítěte jsou obě odvětví stejně vhodnou volbou a výběr sportovní či moderní gymnastiky záleží na preferencích jedince. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine and compare the level of movement abilities of female athletes in artistic and rhytmic gymnastics. It is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a brief description of gymnastics, focusing on artistic and rhytmic gymnastics, giving an overview of their structure and components of sports performance. It includes a definition of all movement abilities and a description of motor tests. In the practical part, the testing method was used, namely the UNIFITTEST (6-60) together with a holistic motor test (Jacík's test) and then statistical methods. The motor abilities of artistic and rhytmic gymnasts aged 8-11 years were tested. The clubs GYMPRA Gymnastická akademie Praha and SK MG Chodov Praha were approached for the measurement. The measured results show that artistic gymnasts have a better level of movement abilities, because they achieved a better level in the three tests than rhytmic gymnasts. For the all-round development of a child, both are equally suitable choices and the choice of artistic or rhytmic gymnastics depends on the individual's preference.
