Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, výpočtovou a projektovou část. V teoretické části se zabývám návrhem a popisem tepelného čerpadla země – voda pro daný objekt. Ve výpočtové části řeším návrh systému vytápění a přípravu teplé vody v objektu polyfunkčního domu Rezidence Chelčická v Českých Budějovicích. Dům má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. V prvním podlaží je obchodní zázemí s garážemi a ve zbylých nadzemních podlažích se nacházejí bytové jednotky. V objektu je navrženo tepelné čerpadlo voda – zem, nepřímotopný zásobník pro přípravu teplé vody a vytápění objektu je zajištěno podlahovými konvektory, deskovými a trubkovými tělesy. Poslední projektová část obsahuje vypracovanou technickou zprávu a výkresy na zadaný objekt. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical, computational and project part. In the theoretical part, I deal with the design and description of the ground - water heat pump for the object. In the computational part, I deal with the design of the heating system and a hot water preparation in the building of the multifunctional house Rezidence Chelčická in České Budějovice. The building has four floors. On the first floor there is a commercial premises with garages and on the remaining floors there are residential units. The building is designed with a water-ground heat pump, indirect heating tank for hot water preparation and heating of the building is provided by floor convectors, plate and pipe units. The last part of the project includes a technical report and drawings for the specified object.
