Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vypracování návrhu na rozšíření investičního portfolia hedgeového fondu dle požadavků managementu. Poznatky získané v teoretické části jsou uplatňovány v analytické části. Nejdříve je definován statut fondu a požadavky jeho managementu na rozšíření jejich portfolia. Vybrané společnosti jsou podrobeny finanční analýze, je stanovena vnitřní hodnota jejich akcií. Výsledky jsou vzájemně komparovány. Pomocí bankrotního modelu je posuzována rizikovost společností. Na základě analyzovaných výsledků je vypracováno doporučení na rozšíření investičního portfolia hedgeového fondu. The master's thesis focuses on the development of a proposal to expand the investment portfolio of a hedge fund according to management requirements. The knowledge gained in the theoretical part is applied in the analytical part. First, the properties of the fund and the requirements of its management to expand their portfolio are defined. The selected companies are subjected to a financial analysis, the intrinsic value of their shares is determined. The results are compared with each other. The bankruptcy model is used to assess the riskiness of companies. Based on the analyzed results, a recommendation for expanding the hedge fund's investment portfolio is drawn up.
