Diplomová práce se zabývá studií interních reklamačních procesů ve vybrané společnosti. Definuje slabá místa v interních reklamačních procesech a na jejich základě jsou navrženy možnosti řešení, které by vedly ke zlepšení vybraných procesů. The thesis deals with the study of internal complaint processes in a selected company. It defines bottlenecks in internal complaint processes, and based on them, solution options are proposed that would lead to the improvements of selected processes.
