Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na návrh a realizáciu digitronových hodín. V úvode sa práca zaoberá históriou vzniku a princípom funkcie tejto vintage technológie. Podrobne popisuje funkciu a návrh podporných a riadiacich obvodov na ovládanie týchto znakových výbojok. Rieši návrh a realizáciu hardvérovej časti hodín. Ďalej je podrobne rozobratá softvérová časť zariadenia, ktorá zabezpečuje normálnu funkcionalitu hodín, ako stopky, budík, časovač, meranie teploty, doplnené o moderné funkcie ako Wi-Fi, RGB podsvietenie a USB-C pre napájanie a programovanie. Záverom je realizácia a testovanie hotového zariadenia. This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a nixie clock. In the introduction, the thesis deals with the history of the origin and the principle of the function of this vintage technology. It describes in detail the function and design of the support and control circuits to operate these character discharge tubes. It addresses the design and implementation of the hardware part of the clock. Further, the software part of the device is discussed in detail, which provides the normal functionality of the clock, such as stopwatch, alarm, timer, temperature measurement, supplemented with modern features such as Wi-Fi, RGB backlight a USB-C for power and programming. The final stage is the implementation and testing of the finished device.
