Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou šumu a přesnosti integrovaných obvodů pro teplotně stabilní referenční zdroje napětí. Dále popisuje jednotlivé zdroje šumu. V první části diplomové práce byly realizovány tři možnosti provedení napěťové reference, s výsledným shrnutím dosažených parametrů. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem spínané reference, včetně zdrojových a ovládacích signálů. Výsledkem práce jsou odsimulované průběhy se stanovenou přesností při nízké spotřebě obvodu. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of noise and accuracy of integrated circuits for temperature stable reference voltage sources. It also describes the individual noise sources. In the first part of the thesis, three variants for the implementation of the voltage reference were tested, with a summary of the achieved parameters. The second part of the diploma thesis deals with the design of the switching reference, including source and control signals. The results of the work are presenting simulated waveforms with a specified accuracy at low circuit consumption.
