Předmětem této práce bylo zhotovení projektové dokumentace, skládající se z dokumentace pro stavební povolení, dokumentace pro provádění stavby a návrhu architektonického detailu. Bakalářská práce vychází z architektonické studie vypracované v rámci ateliérové tvorby předmětu AG035. Předmětem návrhu je novostavba výrobní haly firmy Gmont Cable, s.r.o., zaměřující se na výrobu a montáž kabelových svazků, kabelů a vodičů. Stávající pronajímatelné prostory nevyhovují rozvíjející se firmě. Realizací nového areálu se přesune výroba ze stávajících prostor a umožní se tak navýšení výroby. Navržený objekt má být umístěn v Brně na ulici Tuřanka na místě současného brownfieldu. Při návrhu objektu byl kladen důraz na využití nejužší části brownfieldu, a to nejen pro možnost budoucího využití zbývající části pozemku, ale zejména pro prezentování a zviditelnění stavby a společnosti již od hlavní komunikace. Půdorys tvaru objektu vychází z hranic řešeného brownfieldu. Zásadní pro výraz objektu jsou šedové střechy nad výrobními halami doplněné o pochozí zelenou střechu. Výrazným prvkem u části administrativy jsou pilastry, které zajišťují členění a stínění prosklených ploch. Z hlediska funkce je objekt členěn na dvoupodlažní administrativní a jednopodlažní výrobní část se skladovacími prostory a expedicí. Mezi částí administrativní a částí výrobní se nachází atrium, sloužící jako místo odpočinku pro pracovníky. Návrh pojednává jak o samostatné stavbě, tak i o návaznosti na přilehlé okolí. The subject of this work was the preparation of project documentation, consisting of documentation for building permits, documentation for the implementation of the construction and the design of architectural detail. The Bachelor's thesis is based on an architectural study prepared as part of the studio work of the subject AG035. The subject of the design is the new construction of the production hall of the company Gmont Cable, s.r.o., specializing in the production and assembly of cable bundles, cables and wires. The existing leasable space does not suit the expanding company. The new premises will enable the production to be moved from the existing premises and thus allow an increase in production. The proposed facility is to be located in Brno in Tuřanka Street on the site of the current brownfield site. When designing the building, emphasis was placed on the use of the narrowest part of the brownfield, not only for the possibility of future use of the remaining part of the land, but especially for the presentation and visibility of the building and the company from the main road. The ground plan of the shape of he building is based on the boundaries of the brownfield site. Essential for the expression of the building are the sawtooth roofs over the production halls complemented by a walkable green roof. The pilasters are a distinctive feature of the administration area, providing articulation and screening of the glazed areas. In terms of function, the building is divided into a two-storey administration and a single-storey production part with storage and dispatching. Between the administrative and the production part there is an atrium serving as a resting place for the workers. The proposal addresses both the stand-alone building and the connection to the adjacent surroundings.
