Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu, jak učitel vnímá svoji práci pedagoga volného času. Smyslem celé práce je hledání odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku: "Jak učitelé, kteří vedou kromě výuky ještě zájmové kroužky, smýšlejí o své činnosti pedagoga volného času?" Cílem práce bude získání subjektivních výpovědí konkrétních učitelů na položenou výzkumnou otázku. Teoretická část charakterizuje základní pojmy související s klíčovými filozofickými a pedagogickými pojmy z oblasti pedagogiky. Empirická část je realizovaná prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu za pomoci hloubkových rozhovorů The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of how a teacher perceives their job as a leisure-time teacher. The main point of the whole thesis is to search for an answer to the following research question: "How teachers who, apart from teaching, lead after-school clubs perceive their work as leisure-time teachers?" The goal of the thesis will be to obtain subjective statements from specific teachers in relation to the research question. The theoretical part characterizes basic terms connected to key philosophical and pedagogical terms from the field of pedagogics. The empirical part is realized by means of qualitative research using in-depth.
