Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh vhodného objektu pro proluku na třídě Kapitána Jaroše, který svojí funkcí může přinést do lokality přidanou hodnotu a tím ji obohatit. Předmětem mého návrhu se stala tržnice s možností vlastního pěstování formou skleníku. Ačkoliv můžeme zaregistrovat množství obchodních center a řetězců, hlad po alternativním nakupování potravin je stále nedostatečně uspokojen. Funkci tržnic se tak snaží zastupovat farmářské trhy, které mají ovšem většinou dočasný charakter. Na tuto problematiku se projekt snaží reagovat a usiluje o vznik příjemného, velkorysého prostoru přinášejícího vhodné podmínky jak pro nakupující, tak pro prodejce. Tato parcela v sobě skrývá velký potenciál a splňuje atributy pro tvorbu úspěšné tržnice, jakožto místo klidné, ale zároveň v blízkosti centra města. V těsné blízkosti atraktivního přírodního prvku, jakým je městský park Lužánky a dobře dostupný městskou dopravou. The topic of my bachelor's thesis is the design of a suitable object for a recess on the class of Captain Jaroš, who can bring added value to the locality and thereby enrich it. The subject of my proposal was a marketplace with options own cultivation in the form of a greenhouse. Although we can register a number of shopping centers and chains, the hunger for alternative food shopping is still insufficiently satisfied. The function of markets is thus tried to be represented by farmers' markets, which, however, are mostly temporary character. The project tries to respond to this issue and strives to create a pleasant, a generous space bringing suitable conditions for both shoppers, so for the seller. This plot has great potential and meets the attributes for the creation of a successful marketplace, as a peaceful place, but at the same time close to the city center. In close proximity to an attractive natural feature, such as the city park Lužánky and easily accessible by public transport.
