Závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na posílení propojení mezi třídou Kapitána Jaroše a ulicí Lidickou, městským divadlem a samotnou prolukou. Cílem je vytvořit stavbu, jejímž úkolem je podpora synergie těchto prostorů a jejich vzájemné interakce, což by ideálně mělo přispět k celkovému oživení a zvýšení dynamiky v blízkém okolí. V neposlední řadě je také kladen důraz na vytvoření dominanty a kulturního středobodu, pro kterou se proluka díky své lokalitě vybízí. Závěrečná práce se tak zabývá návrhem galerie moderního umění. The final thesis focuses on strengthening the connection between Kapitána Jaroše Street and Lidická Street, the city theater, and the vacant lot itself. The goal is to create a building that promotes the synergy of these spaces and their mutual interaction, ideally contributing to the overall revitalization and increased dynamics of its surroundings. Last but not least, emphasis is also placed on creating a landmark and cultural centerpiece, for which the vacant lot, due to its location, is suitable. Thus, the final thesis deals with the design of a modern art gallery.
