Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Mezi hradbami a řekou” bol návrh novej polyfunkčnej zástavby s prevažujúcou obytnou funkciou, doplnenou pestrou skladbou služieb a komerčných priestorov, vhodných pre centrálnu mestskú zónu. Súčasťou štúdie bolo tiež preverenie možnosti zapojenia významného krajinného prvku biokoridoru rieky do mestskej štruktúry. Riešené územie sa nachádza v meste Vyškov na Južnej Morave a je vymedzené ulicami Dvořákova, Antonínská a Dukelská. Zo severu je vymedzené brehom rieky Haná, ktorá cez mesto preteká. Na na opačnej strane ulice Dvořákova, ktorá územie lemuje z juhozápadu sa nachádza pozostatok meststkých hradieb. Hradby zároveň tvoria hranicu mestskej pamiatkovej zóny. Koncept sa zakladá na 9 bytových domoch rozdelených do dvoch blokov. Snahou bolo vytvoriť subtilnú zástavbu troj až štvorpodlažných domov so sedlovými strechami, ktoré svojím charakterom nenarušia atmosféru malého mesta v lokalite blízko historického centra. Domy by svojou variabilitou a umiestnením priestorov občianskej vybavenosti v prízemí mali ponúkať príjemné priestory pre pohyb aj pobyt obyvateľov. The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Between the walls and the river" was the design of a new multi-functional development with a predominant residential function, complemented by a varied composition of services and commercial spaces, suitable for the central city zone. The study also included checking the possibility of incorporating an important landscape element of the river's biocorridor into the urban structure. The addressed area is located in the town of Vyškov in South Moravia and is defined by Dvořákova, Antonínská and Dukelská streets. From the north, it is defined by the Haná river, which flows through the city. On the opposite side of Dvořákova Street, which borders the territory from the southwest, there is a remnant of the city walls. The concept is based on 9 apartment buildings divided into two blocks. The effort was to create a subtle development of three to four-story houses with gable roofs, which by their character will not disturb the atmosphere of a small town in a location close to the historic center.
