Studenti všeobecného lékařství nastoupili do Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady zcela dobrovolně a podpořili zdravotníky v boji s pandemií Covid19. Byli součástí ošetřovatelského týmu a starali se o pacienty s potvrzenou pozitivitou SARS - CoV - 19. Období, ve kterém studenti pracovali, bylo pro zdravotnictví velice náročné, na oddělení byli hospitalizováni převážně pacienti s těžkým průběhem nemoci. Studenti nikdy před tím nebyli na tak náročné souvislé praxi. Cíl práce Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo, na základě rozhovorů se studenty všeobecného lékařství, identifikovat a analyzovat témata, které prožívali v době pandemie. Metodologie Kvalitativní šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím rozhovorů Focus group, zvolen byl přístup interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo šest studentů všeobecného lékařství, které spojovala práce na covidovém oddělení v době pandemie od září 2020 - února 2021. Analýza dat proběhla otevřeným kódováním a následným výběrem témat. Výsledky a závěr Práce popisuje tři témata, která ve studentech všeobecného lékařství v době pandemie nejvíce rezonovala. Identifikuje témata, které studenti nejsilněji prožívali a ovlivní jejich budoucí kariéru lékaře: těžká témata, postavení studenta medicíny a organizace práce. Introduction into the problematics Students in the healthcare field joined the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady completely voluntarily and supported health care professionals in the fight with the Covid19 pandemic. They were a part of a nursing team and took care of patients who tested positive for SARS - CoV - 19. The time period in which students were working was very difficult for the healthcare field, since mostly patients with severe case of the disease were hospitalised in the department. The students had never been to such a difficult single unbroken internship. Goal of the thesis The goal of the research was to identify and analyse topics that the students were experiencing in the time of the Covid pandemic based on conversations with the students of general medicine. Methodology The qualitative research was done through interviews of the Focus group, and the interpretative phenomenological analysis has been chosen. All six students who have participated in this research were connected through working in the Covid department in the time of the pandemic from September 2020 to February 2021.
