Výhřez meziobratlového disku v bederní oblasti je jednou z nejčastějších patologií a příčin bolesti, díky které pacienti navštěvují lékaře. Někteří jsou indikování k operaci a někteří ke konzervativní léčbě. Cílem mé práce je poukázat na předoperační potíže pacientů s výhřezem meziobratlového disku a porovnat bolesti, před operací s bolestmi, které pacienti pociťují v několika časových úsecích po operaci. Dálším cílem je najít společné faktory, které by mohly ovlivňovat vývoj a ústup bolestí před a po operaci. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou a hypotézou je, zda pacienti, kteří podstoupí operaci jsou po 3 měsících od zákroku bez bolestí a zda se vrátí zpět do běžného života. Tato studie zpracovává informace o bolesti od 30 probandů, kteří podstoupili operaci meziobratlového disku v bederní oblasti (diskektomii). Informace jsou zpracovávány pomocí modifikovaného Brief Pain Inventory dotazníku, kde pacienti uvádějí bolest pomocí světově známé analogové škály na bolest: Vizua alogue scale (VAS). Bolest je zaznamenána obecně a následně při různých každodenních aktivitách. Dále pacienti zaznamenávají informace o konzumaci léků nebo zda je bolest budí ze spaní. I přes malé výjimky, jsou výsledky studie velmi optimistické. Všichni probandi před operací uváděli na Vizuální analogové škále nesnesitelnou bolest.... Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is one of the most common pathologies and causes of pain for patients to see a doctor. Some are indicated for surgery and some for conservative treatment. The aim of my work is to point out the preoperative problems of patients with intervertebral disc herniation and to compare the pains before surgery with the pains that patients experience in several time periods after the operation. Another goal is to find common factors that could affect the development and remission of pain before and after surgery. The main research question and hypothesis is whether patients who undergo surgery are pain-free after 3 months of surgery and whether they will return to normal life. This study processes pain information from 30 probands who have undergone intervertebral disc surgery in the lumbar region (discectomy). The information is processed using a modified Brief Pain Inventory questionnaire, where patients report pain using a world-famous analog pain scale: Vizua alogue scale (VAS). Pain is recorded in general and subsequently in various daily activities.
