Tato bakalářská práce se zabýva řízením pohledávek a závazků v obchodním podniku BACKALDRIN Slovakia, spol. s.r.o. V první části jsou v teoretické rovině popsány základní metody a přístupy řízení v dané oblasti a analýzy vedoucí k vyhodnocení platební schopnosti podniku. Všechny teoretické poznatky jsou využité v části praktické, ve které je popsána aktuální situace řízení pohledávek a závazků, vyhodnocena platební schopnost podniku a analyzovaný čistý pracovní kapitál. Čistý pracovní kapitál je porovnaný s jeho optimálními hodnotami, vypočítanými metodou obratového cyklu peněz. Na závěr práce jsou vyhodnocené slabé stránky řízení pohledávek a závazků, navrhnuté opatření pro jejich odstranění a předpokládaný dopad na finanční situaci po jejich zavedeních. This bachelor thesis is about management of receivables and obligations in the trade company BACKALDRIN Slovakia, spol. s.r.o. In the first section of thesis may be find theoretical knowledge of basic methods and access to management this sphere and analysis to provide payment ability of a company. All these theo-retical knowledges from first section are used in practical section of thesis, in which may be find description of current situation of management receivables and obligations, evaluated payment ability of the company and analysis of net working capital. Net working capital is compared with its optimal height, which was calculated by cash cycle method. In the end of thesis may be find evaluation weakness of current management receivables and obligations in the company, suggestion to eliminate founded weakness and calculated potential impact on fi-nancial situation after leading those suggestion into management.
