Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na odměňování vedoucích pracovníků ve vybrané společnosti. V první části popisujeme kapitoly o motivaci a odměňování. V druhé části charakterizujeme danou společnost a její systém odměňování. V kvalitativním výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných otázek se snažím zjistit míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců se současným systémem odměňování. Na základě zjištění z rozhovorů, které analyzuji, navrhnu úpravu systému tak, aby byl pro pracovníky a firmu co nejpřijatelnější a zároveň ekonomicky udržitelný pro firmu. The bachelor thesis focuses on the remuneration of executives in a selected com-pany. In the first part we describe the chapters on motivation, remuneration. In the second part we characterize the company and its remuneration system. In qualitative research using semi-structured questions, we try to determine the le-vel of employee satisfaction with the current remuneration system. Based on the findings from the interviews that we analysed, we propose to modify the system so that it is as acceptable as possible for employees and the company and econo-mically sustainable for the company.
