[cze][eng] V devadesátých letech minulého století došlo v České republice k proměnám rodinného chování. Změnily se hodnoty a hodnotová orientace. Mění se postoj k tradiční dělbě rolí v rodině. Mladí lidé mají dnes široké možnosti týkající se profesní dráhy i životního stylu (singles), které ne vždy korespondují s tradiční formou soužití (manželství). Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit postoj studentů Zdravotně sociální fakulty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích k institutu manželství a rodičovství. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, zda studenti preferují manželství nebo alternativní formy společného soužití a jejich pohled na rodinný a profesní život, rozdělení rolí muže a ženy v rodině a jejich postoje k rodičovství. V teoretické části popisuji problematiku rodiny, manželství a rodičovství. Zabývám se také rolemi muže-otce a ženy-matky, vysokoškolským vzděláním, zaměstnáním žen a dvoukariérovým manželstvím. Tyto informace jsem získala obsahovou analýzou sekundárních dat. Výzkumná část byla provedena formou kvantitativního šetření. Data byla získána metodou dotazování, technikou dotazníku. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že instituty rodiny a manželství jsou pro vysokoškolské studenty stále důležité. V manželství chce žít převážná část vysokoškolských studentů. Většina z nich však chce vstoupit do manželství až po určité době společného soužití. Studenti, po ukončení bakalářského studia, většinou upřednostňují navazující magisterské vzdělání před založením rodiny. Většina studentů plánuje dvoudětnou rodinu, ale narození prvního dítěte plánuje po ukončení studia nebo je odsouvá do ještě pozdějšího věku. Výsledky práce přinášejí informace o budoucím rodinném chování vysokoškolských studentů a o jejich postojích k dalšímu studiu. Výsledky mohou být podkladem pro další výzkumy týkající se chování současných vysokoškoláků po dokončení studia. In the 90s of the last century there was a great transformation in family behaviour in the Czech Republic. Values and value orientation changed and so did the attitude towards the traditional division of roles in the family. Young people have a lot of possibilities related to their career and lifestyle (singles), which do not always correspond with a traditional form of life together (marriage). The aim of the Bachelor´s thesis was to find out the attitude of students of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice towards the institute of marriage and parenting. A partial aim was to discover whether the students prefer marriage or alternative forms of life together and their view of family and professional life, division of roles of a man and woman in a family and their attitudes towards parenting. The theoretical part includes the description of problems of a family, marriage and parenting. I also deal with the roles of a man-father, woman-mother, university education, employment of women and dual-career marriages. I got this information through a content analysis of secondary data. The research part was carried out in the form of quantitative examination. The data were acquired through the method of questioning, the technique of questionnaire. The research results suggest that the institutes of family and marriage are still very important for the university students. The vast majority of the university students want to live in a marriage. However, most of them prefer to get married after a certain period of life together. Having finished their bachelor´s degree, the students largely give priority to go on to study for a master´s degree before they establish a family. Most of the students plan to be married with two children, with the first child being born after they finish their studies or even longer. The research results bring information on future family behaviour of university students and their attitudes towards further studies. The results may serve as a basis for next research related to behaviour of present university students after they finish studying.
