Předkládaná diplomová práce má za cíl přiblížit některé problémy spojené s výkonem spisové služby u veřejnoprávních původců, kterými jsou v tomto případě tři zaměstnanecké zdravotní pojišťovny. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních částí. V první je nastíněna historie nemocenského a zdravotního pojištění na našem území, a to včetně stručné historie vybraných zdravotních pojišťoven. Druhá část popisuje stav aktuální legislativy v oblasti zdravotního pojištění i spisové služby. Poslední část se věnuje jednotlivým částem výkonu spisové služby u sledovaných subjektů. Submitted thesis introduces some problems related to the records management at public creators, in this case three occupational health insurance companies. The thesis divides into three main parts. The first part outlines history of sickness and health insurance on our territory, including the brief history of selected health insurance companies. The second part describes current state of legislature in the area of health insurance and records management. The last part focuses on specific phases of records management at observed subjects.
