Ústředním tématem této rigorózní práce je problematika syndromu vyhoření v souvislostech se smysluplností a interpersonálními hodnotami. Nyní v rigorózní práci je téma zkoumáno v populaci nezaměstnaných, jelikož s nimi pracuji, v předcházející diplomové práci jsme pracovali s populací zdravotních sester z psychiatrických oddělení. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda a v jaké míře koreluje smysluplnost s jednotlivými dimenzemi syndromu vyhoření a které interpersonální hodnoty korelují s jednotlivými dimenzemi syndromu vyhoření pozitivně a které negativně. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení syndromu vyhoření, smysluplnosti a hodnotám. V empirické části práce jsme použili dotazník Maslach Burnout Inventory zjišťující míru syndromu vyhoření v dimenzích emocionální a fyzické vyčerpání, depersonalizace a osobní uspokojení, dále byla použita Škála životnej zmysluplnosti k zachycení míry smysluplnosti a dotazník SIPO ke zjišťování interpersonálních orientací a hodnot. Výsledky této rigorózní práce potvrzují vztah mezi syndromem vyhoření a smysluplností. Míra smysluplnosti má statisticky významný pozitivní vztah k míře osobního uspokojení a negativní vztah k míře emocionálního vyčerpání a depersonalizaci. The topic of this diploma thesis is the issue of burnout syndrome in correlation to meaningfulness and interpersonal values in a population of general nurses at psychiatric wals and subsequently in the population of unemployed people. Main goal of this research was to determine the degree of correlation between meaningfulness and individual dimensions of burnout syndrome and to identify which interpersonal values correlate with individual dimensions of burnout syndrome in a positive or negative way. Theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to definition of burnout syndrome, meaningfulness and interpersonal values. For empirical part of this research we have used Maslach Burnout Invertory recognizing the degree of burnout syndrome in following dimensions: emotional and physical exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. Furthermore, Scale of life meaningfulness (Škála životnej zmysluplnosti) has been used to assess a degree of meaningfulness and SIPO inventory to assess interpersonal orientation and values. Results of this study prove the relation between burnout syndrome and meaningfulness.
