Jitka Novotná, Ph.D. Studijní program: Informační studia a knihovnictví 2022 S t r á n k a 2 | 2 Abstrakt Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo ověřit nastavení a realizaci procesu řízení rizik na České poště a soulad s normou ČSN ISO 31000 Management rizik. V úvodu své práce krátce popisuji základní pojmy, které se v rámci řízení rizik používají. Stručně vymezuji, normu, pojem ISO a základní druhy ISO norem pokrývající sledovanou oblast. Dále se věnuji systému řízení rizik na České poště, který je rozsáhlý a propracovaný. V kapitole č. 4 jsem přehledně a srozumitelně uvedla podmínky, za kterých Česká pošta podniká. Mimo jiné vymezuji poštovní licenci, jejichž držitelem Česká pošta je. Obsahově největší část práce tvoří kapitola č. 5 Řízení rizik na České poště. Zde podrobně popisuji, jak je proces řízení rizik nastaven. Svou pozornost jsem věnovala analýze vnitřní směrnice, která je opravdovým metodickým vodítkem. Závěrečná kapitola č. 6 je...
