Tato práce se zabývá uplatněním představitelů vybrané skupiny sociálně znevýhodněných osob na trhu práce realizované prostřednictvím organizací občanské společnosti. Cílem práce je zjištění, zda podpora pro osoby se zdravotním postižením je v České republice rovnoměrně rozložena. Teoretická část přináší poznání a charakteristiku několika pojmů spojených s tématem diplomové práce. Empirická část je zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumu s cílem zjistit, jak je podpora pro osoby se zdravotním postižením rovnoměrně rozložena v České republice a případně poukázat na místa, kde v blízkém okolí žádná taková organizace není či tam není žádný projekt realizovaný. The aim of the work is to find out whether support for people with disabilities is evenly distributed in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part brings knowledge and characteristics of several terms connected with the topic of the diploma thesis. The empirical part is processed in the form of quantitative research with the aim of finding out how support for people with disabilities is evenly distributed in the Czech Republic and possibly pointing out places where there is no such organization in the immediate vicinity or where is no project implemented there.
